Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to ship due to processing time. Additionally, you will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been picked up and scanned by the shipping courier.
What is the return policy?

We have a 100% satisfaction guarantee. We would be happy to refund your order if you are unhappy with it. You may return any item for refund of the purchase price of the item within 30 days of your order date. Please note, we do not refund shipping and handling charges, only the actual price of the item(s) you are returning. We cannot accept returns of opened music and/or video titles. Additionally, we cannot accept returns of apparel that has been washed or worn. Please make sure you are not wearing any heavy perfumes or colognes when trying on apparel. If the item has a strong odor, it will be deemed worn. The acceptance of any return will be at our sole discretion.
To return an item, ship to the address below along with a print out of your original order email receipt and a note stating what item(s) you are returning and why. If you do not have your original order email, please include a note with your full name, email and order number.

Do you offer exchanges?

You may exchange an item for another item of the same value (example: if you ordered a large tee but need an xl). Please note, we do not refund shipping and handling charges and it is your responsibility to pay for shipping the item(s) to be exchanged back to us. What are your shipping options?

We offer standard ground shipping within the contiguous us. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Why does the hand sanitizer have restricted shipping?

Restricted hazardous items include alcohol-based products (e.G. Hand sanitizer), and are restricted from air-transport due to u.S. Department of transportation regulations and must be shipped standard ground shipping only. Smith golden rule cannot ship dot-restricted items to alaska, hawaii, puerto rico, or military addresses.

Can I cancel my order with you after I’ve placed it?

When you place an order on smithgoldenrule.Com, we begin processing the order immediately to make sure you get your delivery as speedily as possible. Unfortunately, we’re unable to cancel or change an order once it’s submitted.
